ST-tdci plans Empty ST-tdci plans

Here are the future plans for my ST-tdci mondeo -

I currently run a Celtic Tuning Remap with a Pipercross pannel filter which takes it to 195bhp and 345lb/sf of torque, my plan next is to have the map updated to there new 205bhp map which gives 350lb/sf of torque @ 1800rpm, combined with a Powerflow Decat to give around 210-215bhp and 360lb/sf.
The standard intercooler is abit naf so im thinking of upgrading that to a universal alloy type to keep things cool at 1.8bar of boost! and id like to think this would give me at least 220bhp all combined with a max torque somewhere around 375lb/sf.

If i want to go further than this then im told the turbo is in need of an upgrade but the turbine housing is part of the manifold so it can only turned into a hybrid using the compressor housing off off the small turbo escort cosworth, this comes as a kit which includes -

Garrett T25 compressor housing
Decat
Catback exhaust
Focus ST Pace intercooler
Cone filter
custom remap
Diverter valve

240bhp @4000rpm
420lb/sf of torque @2200rpm - 380lb/sf @1800rpm
0-60 in around 6.5 seconds
max speed around 150mph
overtaking pull - immence
30-60 in third - who nows, it does it in 4.5 seconds now id hate to think how hard the traction control will be working to keep the wheels attached to the road to beat that time - maybe 3.5 seconds.

Also want to lower the car 40mm but im getting to old for all these mods ill leave that to jason to decide but im still torque hungry!!

sounds good, i love how far diesel motors have come over the years, and how big diesel tuning is becoming, nice to see someone going for it
