Fiesta ST Inlet Upgrades
Throttle Body conversion
DRM Throttle Body conversion can take the ST up to 210 bhp if fitted with a fully uprated exhaust
Cosworth Duratec / ST150 Intake Manifold
Bolt on Power to all ST150 owners.
This item will make very good gains when combined with a professional remap that makes use of the increased flow.
This 2 piece cast aluminum inlet manifold is engineered to flow more than the factory manifold.
The Cosworth Manifold features 4 internal trumpets to increase air flow at all RPM ,it suits all engine sizes but better results are seen with the 2300cc engine which was its intended original use.
Large Bore Throttle Body
Pioneered on the 2.3 engine back in 2007 this very simple fit replacement Throttle Body is one of the most simple and effective ways for all tuned ST150 to maximize the intake flow.
This simple modification is a direct replacement for the restrictive 55mm unit and will allow an air-flow increase of over 20%!
We regard this as an absolute must for all power hungry cars over 171 bhp

Re: Fiesta ST Inlet Upgrades
I found fitting the 40mm throttle body on my car (from 30mm) a big improvment over standard but the main issue with fitting larger diameter pipes/ports etc moves the power and torque higher in the rev range duw to a fall in low speed air flow meaning you have to rev more to get the new improvement, this can spoil a road car a little especially on higher gear ratios, also the standard map on the ecu can struggle a little due to the difference in airflow, things like slight hesitation and the off flat spot can occur unless the engine management has been mapped so suit the new mod.
It doesnt matter as much on a turbo because the boost comes in and the air flow issue is no longer a problem like N/A so torque from low down is mostly improved or maintained rather than lost.
Good mod thought on any car for power gains i recomend......
