Spec List-

Punto GT turbo brake upgrade with 257mm vented discs and GT calipers
Induction kit with breather,
36mm throttle body,
ported head,
ported inlet manifold to match the head,
cat bk exhaust with dnx back box with centre box removed,
15 inch alloy wheels,
35mm apex lowering springs all round,
2 front g-max shock absorbers,
2 1000 watts sub with amp

thats my punto 60

youll never make it quick unless you strip some weight out of it, small engines cant pull heavy cars around fast even if they have big power,,,,look at mine, 1250cc with 125-130bhp but yet put that into a focus n its nowt special at all. weight loss goes a big way and ive seen the crap you carry around!! haha, loose the spare wheel, tools, owt you dont need,,,i cant believe the differnece it made to mine loosing 150lbs. it made it feel violent.

yeah i know wot u mean m8! need to sort the boot out and get rid of the crap. Defo
goin to get rid of that spare tyer out of the boot coz it not doin owt lol. there is the sub in the
back but wudnt want to get rid of that lol. but see how far i get with the engine and stuff
and maybe 1 day it all may come out Very Happy

thats not a bad spec for a 60, when i had mine a decent induction kit and Mkritch chip gave me the most noticable gains though - worth looking into if thats what's staying.

Although i hear bigger plans are afoot power-wise?

hay up m8 thanks! yeah its not bad i do love it. But its time to start putting more money into it now am working.
Yeah jason told me you to had been talking! yeah am thinkin bout getting a 1.2 16valve and getting it turbo'd or for the time being i may go down the high boost 1242 spi route (poss go mpi in the future). This is a spec me and jay have been talkin about -

Garrett t15 544 turbo from the astra diesels
2inch exhaust turbo back with d-cat
gt turbo intercooler
jays MF2 and cossy second injector
RS2000 ford fuel pump
adjustable fpr
0.6 - 0.7 bar boost
1.5m decomp plate
Super 4 spark plugs
jays old fuel cut defender
dump valve
punto 75 cam
(my current ported head and inlet manifold, and 36mm throttle body)

Thats a rough kind of basic spec we might be lookin for, probs good for 120 bhp
