my mk 3 ibiza tdi

Hi i'm will, i was told to join by mitch. i own a mk3 seat ibiza 110 tdi sport but with a few changes listed here:

custom cupra front bumper
cupra rear bumper
colour coded side skirts
cupra front seats
lowering springs
bilstien shocks
cupra alloys
stange 1 remap
green cotton panel filter
front mounted intercooler
two oval exhausts
20mm spacers on the back
rear window tints
fusion sub
two alpine 6x9s
shark fin arial
bonnet pins
bonnet stripe

My future plans for it are to:

put a honeycombe seat cupra badge on the front,
cover the head lining in fake leather,
change dash and interior bulbs to white,
fibreglass gauge pods into my dashboard,
change rear seats to cupra ones,
paint my cupra wheels white,
fix both my window regulators,
get a new bonnet with no stripe and no bonnet pins,
and........
get as much power out of it as possible! lol:)

having trouble with my turbo at the moment, the vnt is badly seized which means i need a new turbo so i am considering getting it hybrid or finding a bigger replacement, if anyone could help me out i would be greatfull.

Thnx for all your comments, yeh the mk3 is defienatly the best . JBS say it should be running about 145bhp and 240 touque but i havnt had it rolling roaded yet. because the turbos not working rite i dont no what the power is at the moment.

the 20 mm spacers were more of a need than a want on the mk2/3 ibizas werent they? mk3golf front end chassis and 6n polo rear or something of that nature? i fckin loved my mk2 abf, i just wish i had the patience to keep it as it just kept having stupid bits go wrong, i think the mk3 cupra is quality 180bhp in a small motor like that, i can imagine the torque on yours is fantastic, is it an afn engine?
the window regulators might be the white plastic clip thats broken, one of mine were,
and as for a bigger turbo im not 100% but im sure ive heard of people using the 2.5 transporter ones? but thats if im right in it being an afn engine

ye the wheels are set really far in which makes the back skip round abit could do with 30 mm to be honest thers loads of room. I think its a asz engine but there isnt alot of room round the turbo. I have had the regulator out and i think its the motor

i'll be honest i cant remember what size spacers were on the ibiza i had, i was like a go kart though,

asz engine? you sure mate thats a pd130 lump and you said yours is a 110? if it is an asz then i reckon you can pinch some ideas from mitch as im pretty sure thats what will be in his

no your quite correct its not an asz its a asv only slightly wrong

just abit of an update i purchested my new front badge an a drivers side window regulator, so they shoud be arriving soon:D

oh and i got a full turbo back decat exhaust priced up £475 but it sadly means byebye to the twin exit as to put a new twin on it would be £600 and i would lose some power

so i have got some saving to do

where did you get the exhaust priced up mate, did you try hawleys? Theyre on holme lane in hillsborough and they do powerflow, they used to do them on sharrow vale road too but the guy left who did mine

It was from exhaustsuk where i got mine done so he got a bit knocked off

just an update on how the car is doing both the front and rear badges are covers in white carbion fibre vhynl, an the wheels are primed and ready for their final coat

Nice wheels they look like totally different wheels it's amazing what paint can do badges fit in nicely with the colour of you car

back in the day

lol yeah you gotto love it i think white was the best option.
Although i left my wheels face down and the hadnt dryed properly so i have go to sand marks out and prime the front again.
And i have order a pair of toyo proxes 4 on mitchs recomendation so they beta be good:P
