This might be useful for any modders. I wouldn't expect you to read all 4 pages detailing the history of tyres etc, but on page 4 (the page I've linked to) just over half way down is a tyre calculator. You put in the tyre sizes you have on already, and the ones you want and it works out the rolling radius of both and compares them to see if they are the same size, and if you go bigger or smaller it tells you the relative speed difference at 70mph of the new tyres etc. Might save a few tickets if you wanna go bigger on the overall wheel size.
