New Focus ST Spy Shots

These are the best spy pictures yet of Ford’s all-new Focus ST in testing ahead of it reaching UK showrooms early next year.
The model spied near the Nurburgring is one of 60 development prototypes testing in Europe and North America.
The new ST will be powered by a turbocharged 247bhp version of Ford’s new 2.0-litre Ecoboost engine. A six-speed manual gearbox is likely to be standard. Ford is planning for the Focus ST to offer class leading fuel economy.

Its lost some of its appeal for me fair enough the new engine is a cracking engine with some real good power and economy to match which these days is a must, but the old 5-pot was an amazing engine, the torque and the way it delivered that torque was very unique and a 2.0 litre turbo never sounds no where near as good as the 2.5 5-pot does

Still, it subtle and fast so there is now a new appeal to the focus ST which when you look at at that way its a nice package

wondering hard about the RS model.....will the RS kick out the same 325l/sf of torque as the current monster hhhmmmm...........

Horrible looking car IMO

I wouldnt go on the look of it just yet its just a test car the bodykits and mad spoilers will be added later
