Gotta agree on that, my wagon with more power and rwd would be fun but I'd never get it roadlegal here

It is, and as my car never came with rwd from VW it's close to impossible to get that legal here, but if I were to build it as a track car on the other hand...

I think not, I don't have the tools, space or know-how to start, better just buy a rwd when it's time.
EDIT: I get about £1500 every month and half of that money goes right into paying back the loan I have on my apartment.

That concept came to life somewhat in america Chris the conversion could be bought some time ago (im thinking about 5 years back) using the later 4.7 Litre V8 engine and a load of other goodies for around 15-20 grand......
there was a write up in Fast Ford a few years ago..
