I went and looked at some 8,5x17 ET15 DZ1 wheels today with some ok 215/40-17 rubber and was wondering if they would fit my passat?

I hope someone has some answers

im not sure what size the tyres would need to be to run 17s but i have seen it done, the only thing i would worry about is that offset or et15 i reckon they'll have a ton of poke and may catch the arches big time
