There goes my plans to visit UK
I'm now officially flat broke as I've bought an apartment not to far from my current rented one.
I can say that the one I bought is on ground level (as opposed to below ground level as I'm used to), 45 square meters, built in 2007 and white walls/ceiling and wood type floor.
The only thing that's bad is that now I have to buy all the furniture new, the only thing I'll be taking with me from my current apartment is my laptop, external harddrives, dvd's, xbox360 with games, 42" plasma tv, clothes and toilet stuff and my snowboard.
I'll be happy to answer any questions you might have but I won't be able to provide pictures until March 14th at the earliest.

Thanks mate, yeah ikea is the cheapest place to buy new furniture so I'll take mom's 4x4 and horse trailor (its clean so its not got any animal odur in it) and use that to move stuff from ikea to my new home.

Thanks Jason, I've only told a very few about it yet, need to find out who of my "friends" I feel are trustworthy, too many bad memories connected with my current apartment (psychotic women and such) but all in all I can't wait!
I wish I could move in there tomorrow (or should I say, later today?)
