itrs seems to be when they can clearly see your on public roads right, i make sure that when i am doing little "private road" stunts i only take the clock itself 
but then im not daft enough to do 195mph......even though the punto can clearly see that challenge off haha

the really stupid thing is, its nowhere near an actual 195mph. And im willing to bet both the punto AND the s14 that that corvette does NOT have 1000bhp.
