fully polybushed every bush on the car has uprated polybush's to stiffen things up lot.

Ow yes i like! im liking the turbo,,,0.86 A/R!! its a well sorted spec list,,,you run standard pistons?? and what C/R you running,,,,im asuming this engine has a full advance/retard knock control?

ow and what boost you currently running??

I run standard pstons, the engines are strong and can run up to 400bhp completely standard the changes i've made will allow me to run over 450bhp on a larger turbo safely if needed.
Yes it has full knock control with ecu system, can do allsorts of fun tricks with it.
It has an map sensor in plenum so afm is no longer needed and wideband lambda so fuelling is about perfect with no overfueling. So cracks bangs are gone on gear change
standard c/r is 8.5 but with 1.6mm head gasket that drops it to roughly 8.1:1 so I run 1.5 bar. when it was R/R at 367.8 it was running 1.4 bar but was a slight earthing issue which i resolved.

impressive power for the boost, all this talk of big power makes me hungry for a cosworth Sad

im hoping running an active knock control system on mine will open up a new world of control and power over my curent set up too, there is actualy now fail safe on my engine and i dont have a wideband to keep an eye properly on the fueling!!
