Hello to all
Just saying Hi to all ,I have a zetec 1.8 conversion on the go atm,Its in my sons car I bought him last year (was my mums),Any way my son decided he needed to throw a rod out the back of the 1.25 zetec it came with (showing about 65k now),
So we had planned a 1.8 zetec conversion and was in midst of sourcing parts needed for the swap with plan we had a good 1.25 to sell on after,but that's been brought forward rapidly with the 'rod exiting the block incident'
We have most of the parts needed now just joined up for info regarding engine bay wiring as in what needs doing to get the 1.8 up and running and what wires we need swap/change over or slice etc,
So the search is on for info as son wants car sorted soon as we can so he has a car for work again,and as he just moved getting to work is a pain for him without wheels now,So I'm trying get it done asap
I personally have had many fast fords over the years (lost count had so many tbh) and was till about 15 years ago fords only tbh,
I still love me fast fords but have now swerved to jap turbo power myself and currently I have a '92 s13 200sx very modified 1.8 turbo and two 1999 S14a 200sx's,1 is a 23k mile stock example and my white modified daily(Both2.0 turbo)

Welcome Andy, sounds like a nice project for you and the son, sounds like you got some nice cars as well, why not post some pictures of the Nissan's?
