Hello :)
Hello all ! Saw a sticker advertising this forum on a Nighthawk Black Civic Type R EP3 and thought i'd sign up and check it out.
My names Ash and i'm from Chesterfield, i'm 23 and a lad (Get the basics sorted first!)
I drive a 1999 HONDA Civic Type R EK9 heres a few pics of what it currently looks like when on the road and not track.
A little about the car :
Engine:
Standard HONDA B16B Engine (1600cc)
Mugen 4-1 Manifold
Custom Decat
Fujitsubo LegalisR S/S Exhaust
Mugen Replica Carbon Air Intake
Mocal Oil Cooler
Suspension:
OEM HONDA Suspension
Kumho KU31 Tyres (Road)
Toyo R888 GG compound (Track)
Wheels:
OEM (Road)
OEM with R888 (Track)
OEM (Track)
Interior:
Standard Recaro seats
OMP 4 Point harness's
All rear interior removed, plus oem spare wheel and tool kit.
ICE:
Standard Gathers minidisk headunit *
Gathers door speakers *
*Music never on in car though
I recently Rolling Roaded this setup but with a Spoon ECU, the outcome was 191bhp now running without Spoon at 190.6 bhp
I'll write up a report from last weekends RR session.
Looking forward to hanging around here and meeting some new people!
Ash.

Re: Hello :)
Yeah it makes an awesome track car, what it lacks on the straights it makes up for on the corners and brakes.
Forgot to add, it has a mFactory short ratio 3rd 4th and 5th and a set of wilwood midilite 4pot calipers with Ferodo DS2500 competition pads!

Re: Hello :)
Lovely car mate, B16 a's and b's are some of the best engines ever made in my opinion. Beautiful example, bet she screams.
