Ok im Russ,i live near mansfield and love my Volvo's lol
Ive just got a nice c70 T5 and will be messing about with this as im always looking for more power.
Before this ive had a few 850's saloon and estate.
My last 850 was a t5 estate and was running 303bhp and about 340 lbft, she was pritty quick on the road and also the 1/4 mile.

Thanks for the welcome.
Most of the plans for the 850 were on a budget lol so would have loved better grill and r bumper but couldnt afford it to be fair.
The splitter is off a laguna, does look well but was alittle short on both sides lol.

The c70 will be getting a bigger turbo at some point probably the same as the 850 had (k24) and probably vxr injectors.
The k24 when on the 850 made the 303bhp at 16psi and was running lean so had abit more to come.
Think i could possibly see 350bhp at around 18/20psi on the c70 with a good custom map.
Think that would keep me happy for a few months then i could make her look abit better, bigger alloys and stuff.

good plans!, ill be looking into bolting a 19T on mine at some stage but for now i have a 16T available for free (im on a budget also haha), we have a spare one laying around at work from a mk1 v70 T5 Smile

i would love to get mine upto 350bhp but i dont want to have to stip the engine to replace the rods Sad im assuming yours has the stronger rods being the later engine???

thanks

Jason

Been told there alittle stronger but its all about how the boost comes in,if i can i will have around 1.1 bar at about 3k rpm then around 1.3 /1.4 bar after 4k rpm
