Re: Yankee's Sephia SLX
Well I am going to treat it better than my previous cars and as for the outside I'm gonna tint the windows, lower it in the spring and put new 15" wheels (13" on it now) when I find some I like as for the inside well I don't know but I am gonna put a soundsystm in the back.
I also want to paint the bumpers and remove the badges but the plans all depend on what the coming MOT says.

Re: Yankee's Sephia SLX
That I can pretty much say depends on the MOT, I'm getting that done in january so if it passes (I think it will) then I will start modding this summer, but I'm more into stereo and not power.
Will a loweringkit and 195/55-15 tyres on 6,5x15 wheels make it more stable?

Re: Yankee's Sephia SLX
after market springs will make a car more stiff and more stable on the road yes, different kits vary with ride hight and stiffness though and 15" wheels will be a good choice for handling with some good stiff side wall tyres. Be interesting to see it lowered with some nice wheels on......different for sure

Re: Yankee's Sephia SLX
That's right, the few sephia's I've seen have all had the stock 13" steelies
I'm thinking some nice 15" 5 or 6 spoke wheels in silver will make it look lots better..
I'm not gonna lower it much, just 30mm but that will be enough, maybe buy a small front spoiler and make that fit and maybe a rear wing with brakelight...

Re: Yankee's Sephia SLX
With only a hole in the backbox that I know of it should be ok but I also need to remove some rust from the fuelfiller lid and besides the car is s**t to drive on 175/70-13s so I hope it will be more stable on when I put the summer tyres on (just need to buy them first)

Re: Yankee's Sephia SLX
i dont have any decent ones just an old old pic...
im talkin 4 years old just about,
they are 5zigen div3 n1r if you want to have a look on google or something
they really could do with a refurb and some fresh tyres, but they are quite rare and ive even seen one guy trying to sell these in really bad condition with no tyres for about 150 quid

Re: Yankee's Sephia SLX
I don't know, there's no abs, no traction controll, no heated seats, no electric windows or mirrors no front foglights so I think it's the bottom of the range model.
Besides I don't really care as long as it's working.

Fair enough i must been wrong
lol anyway u wont to get Kia jap style like this its the newer shape but u get the idea
would look minted
Re: Yankee's Sephia SLX
It looks good, but if I were to put a bodykit on my car then it would need the power to back it up aswell, I think I read somewhere that the kia's engine is from a mazda 323 so if that is true then it sure would be fun to put a 323 GTR turbo engine in it
